2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 10

Joe Burrow - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

Quincy Milton ranks all 32 starting NFL quarterbacks for Week 10 of the 2024 season. From Lamar Jackson to Gardner Minshew II, see where your favorite quarterback falls.

After an unbelievable stream of quarterback performances in Week 8, we were back to normal in Week 9. Our beloved studs continued to get things done. However, the bottom of the barrel was truly the bottom of the barrel.

Joe Burrow threw five touchdown passes and Lamar Jackson remained unstoppable. At the same time, Gardner Minshew II was benched again for a different quarterback than before and Joe Flacco did not resurrect the Colts offense.

As we head into Week 10, the playoff race is firming up. Quarterback play will be as important as ever down this second half of the season. With so many games already played, let's see where everyone stands as we head into the meat of the NFL season.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

1. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

I am running out of words to describe Jackson's greatness in 2024. Jackson and the Ravens simply cannot be stopped. With the freight train that is Derrick Henry running behind Jackson, it is hard to believe that Jackson will not play his way to a second straight MVP title.

2. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Allen threw his second interception of the season but was otherwise solid in Week 9 against the Miami Dolphins. He threw for 235 yards and three touchdowns in addition to the interception. With the Bills sitting at 7-2, Allen is squarely in the MVP conversation.

3. Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

That was quite the performance from Burrow in Week 9. He threw for 251 yards and five touchdowns. The wildest part is that none of those touchdowns went to Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins did not even play in this game. Burrow is the sole reason why the Bengals have any chance at the playoffs in 2024.

4. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes is so back. Despite an injury scare on Monday Night Football against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mahomes threw for 291 yards and three touchdowns. Most importantly, he played turnover-free football and is now in a positive touchdown-to-interception ratio on the season. With DeAndre Hopkins in town, the arrow is seriously pointing up.

5. Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

As head coach Dan Campbell put it, the Lions are built to win in any environment. As such, Goff has only thrown for 233 yards in the past two games combined with the team riding the running game and defense to victory. The Lions have won both games handily. Goff continues to excel in 2024. He should garner MVP buzz as the season progresses.

6. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Hurts seems to have reclaimed his MVP-type form. He threw for 230 yards and two touchdowns in Week 9 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also ran all over the yard. Hurts is so back, especially if A.J. Brown does not miss significant time with his new knee injury.

7. Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

Daniels was modest by his lofty standards in Week 9. The Giants defense poses a solid test for opposing players. Still, Daniels played turnover-free football and led the Commanders to their seventh victory of the season.

8. Kirk Cousins - Atlanta Falcons

Cousins just can't stop throwing touchdown passes. He threw three more in Week 9 to bring his 2024 total up to 17. This Falcons offense is clicking and should only continue to improve as the season wears on.

9. C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

Stroud was ripped apart by the relentless Jets defense on Thursday Night Football. He was sacked eight times and only completed 11 of 30 passes. He threw for 191 yards and no touchdowns. Stroud should get top target Nico Collins back in Week 10, but he has had an inauspicious first half of his sophomore season.

10. Brock Purdy - San Francisco 49ers

Purdy and the 49ers had their bye in Week 9. With the NFC West wide open, Purdy has a chance to lead the team to another division title. He will need to start playing like the 2023 version of himself if this team wishes to reach the heights that it strives for each season.

11. Baker Mayfield - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mayfield had a solid game as the Buccaneers attempted to lean on the running game in Week 9. He threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns. It was all in vain as Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs still found a way to win.

12. Sam Darnold - Minnesota Vikings

Darnold and the Vikings got back on track in Week 9. However, they beat the Colts on the back of their defense. Darnold threw two interceptions and lost a fumble. While a win is a win in the NFL, Darnold will need to be better if Minnesota expects to compete with the likes of the Detroit Lions in the NFC.

13. Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

It is time that Herbert moved up the ranks on this list. After opening the season hardly passing, Herbert and the Chargers offense have opened things up. Herbert has thrown for at least 237 yards in four straight games. He has been relatively efficient as a passer with a 65% completion percentage. Most importantly, the Chargers sit at 5-3.

14. Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers

Love fought through his groin injury suffered in Week 8 this past week. He threw for 273 yards but he tossed another interception and failed to throw a touchdown. The Packers are still sitting in a great position in the NFC playoff race but Love will need to improve his play if they want to compete at a high level.

15. Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

Tagovailoa was highly efficient in Week 9, but the Dolphins defense could not stop the machine that is the Buffalo Bills. Still, Tagovailoa was not to blame as he completed 25 of 28 passes. This season is getting away from the Fins, but Tagovailoa should continue to produce solid numbers.

16. Russell Wilson - Pittsburgh Steelers

Wilson and the Steelers had the week off in Week 9. Before the bye, Wilson had begun to build momentum as the Steelers starting quarterback with 542 passing yards and three touchdowns in two games. He will look to carry that into a Week 10 clash with the Washington Commanders.

17. Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Stafford was not stellar in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks but he did enough to help the Rams leapfrog Seattle in the divisional race. Stafford continues to show his veteran savviness in 2024. The Rams will go as far as Stafford takes them.

18. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

Kyler Murray has been perplexing this season. He has been amazing in several losses and average in several wins. Week 9 was no different as the Cardinals scored 29 points despite Murray only throwing for 154 yards with a 28.9 QBR. Don't look now but the Cardinals are in first place in the NFC West.

19. Geno Smith - Seattle Seahawks

Smith continues to fall in this list after throwing three costly interceptions in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams. This was a highly important game for the Seahawks and Smith's turnovers likely cost them the game. Smith has looked unbelievable at times this season but has struggled in recent weeks while facing constant pressure.

20. Aaron Rodgers - New York Jets

Rodgers turned back the clock en route to a 79.1 QBR against the Texans in Week 9. He had a great connection with both Garrett Wilson and Davante Adams. While these types of games may not be the norm for Rodgers any longer, it is always nice to witness pretty offense.

21. Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears

Williams' up-and-down rookie season continues. The frisky Cardinals defense stymied Williams all day in Week 9. He now sits at 27th in the NFL with a QBR of 41.7. Do you know who has a better QBR this season? Former Bears quarterback Justin Fields.

22. Trevor Lawrence - Jacksonville Jaguars

After steadily climbing this list for a few weeks, Lawrence came crashing back down in Week 9. Lawrence could not get anything going in the first half against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Jaguars were shut out. They came storming back in the second half. Lawrence spoiled the Jaguars' final chance at a win when he tossed a bad interception in the end zone.

23. Derek Carr - New Orleans Saints

Carr was back as the starting quarterback in Week 9 after sitting out three games with a torn oblique. He did not light the world on fire, but he was solid against the Carolina Panthers. Even so, the Saints dropped their seventh straight game to the lowly Panthers. These two sorry teams now share the same record.

24. Cooper Rush - Dallas Cowboys

It looks like it is Rush hour in Dallas with Dak Prescott having gone down with a hamstring injury. This is not Rush's first rodeo filling in for Prescott. The Cowboys appear to be trending toward a high draft pick in 2025 unless Rush can do something, anything, to help salvage the season.

25. Joe Flacco - Indianapolis Colts

The interim Joe Flacco era did not get off to a great start in Week 9. Flacco failed to jump-start the Colts offense and will need to play better if he wants to keep this job. Flacco should have been able to shred a vulnerable Vikings pass defense this past week, so we could see Anthony Richardson back sooner rather than later.

26. Bo Nix - Denver Broncos

While the Ravens defense has not been excellent this season, their experience made Nix look like a rookie once again. Nix managed to throw for over 200 passing yards, but he tossed one interception and no touchdowns. He did catch the first receiving touchdown of his career, though.

27. Daniel Jones - New York Giants

Jones was average in Week 9. He lost a fumble but did not throw any interceptions. The Giants attempted to mount a fourth-quarter comeback against the Commanders but ultimately fell short. Jones will remain the starter for now, but his future in New York looks dim.

28. Mason Rudolph - Tennessee Titans

Rudolph managed to lead the Titans to their second victory of the season in Week 9. Most importantly, he continued his strong rapport with expensive wide receiver Calvin Ridley. Will Levis' return looms, but the question remains has Rudolph done enough to keep the job?

29. Jameis Winston - Cleveland Browns

Winston did what Winston usually does by throwing three interceptions in Week 9. He managed to throw a garbage-time touchdown that had no bearing on the outcome of the game. The Browns' sorry season continues. NFL fans should fully expect Winston to be up and down as the starter.

30. Drake Maye - New England Patriots

Maye committed three turnovers in a game the Patriots only lost by three points. It was his first true gaffe as a starting quarterback in the NFL. Although the Titans have a poor record, their defense is pretty good. As such, this is a somewhat excusable outing from Maye.

31. Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers

It is unclear if Young will retain his starting job or if Andy Dalton will reclaim the gig once healthy. Young has not played with any sort of excellence but coaches love winning, which the Panthers did in Week 9. However, it was likely despite Young's performance. Young failed to throw for 200 yards once again and only threw one touchdown pass, which was accompanied by one interception as well.

32. Gardner Minshew II - Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders appear to be the new quarterback dumpster fire in the NFL. Minshew was benched for the second time this season and appears to be holding onto the starting quarterback position by a thread. Do not be surprised if Desmond Ridder takes his place.
