J.K. Dobbins fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 7 (2024). Our advice on whether you should start or sit J.K. Dobbins for your fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Dobbins is a must-start in Week 7
POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-end RB1 with upside potential
ANALYSIS: After tearing his Achilles in Week 1 of 2023, Dobbins has silenced the doubters and has looked good doing so. The former Ohio State Buckeye has 81 rush attempts on the season for 438 yards and three touchdowns. He is also seeing more work as a receiver, with 12 receptions for 50 yards.
Dobbins has a fantastic matchup for fantasy against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7 on Monday Night Football.
1u JK Dobbins O 72.5 rushing (-110)
I’ve been waiting for his line, JK has been awesome this season and he’s got a great matchup. The Cards give up 153 yards on the ground. JK is averaging 87 YPG on 16 carries. pic.twitter.com/k2fhPQBlTj

In Week 6, Dobbins had 25 carries, and is the Chargers clear lead-back with Gus Edwards sidelined.
While Dobbins playing at this high of a level seems nearly impossible given his injury history, he is still a relatively young player at 25 years of age.
Head coach Jim Harbaugh loves to pound the rock, and Dobbins has been a beneficiary for fantasy this season and should be viewed as a must-start and low-end RB1 with upside the rest of the way.
