Courtland Sutton fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Courtland Sutton in your fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/Flex
ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton had a solid 2023 followed by a disappointing start to the 2024 season. However, he's the clear No. 1 target for QB Bo Nix and received a team-leading 12 targets in Week 1. Sutton and Nix may need some time to get on the same page, but you can't ignore elite volume.

Bo Nix rips it to Courtland Sutton and would have moved the chains on a crucial 3rd & 6

The Broncos shipped off former WR Jerry Jeudy to the Browns last offseason, which could be an indication of confidence in Sutton, though he was already their No. 1 wideout in 2023. Sutton was a nice WR3/Flex play in 2023, racking up 10 touchdowns and 12 games of 10+ PPR fantasy points. And he's pretty good.

He still has juice at 28 years old, which is a fine age for a WR. Sutton should not be dropped. Better days will come for Nix and his top target. When the offense gets into a better rhythm, 10+ targets will result in much better production for Sutton, and even slight improvements will help him pay off.
