Jonathan Taylor fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Jonathan Taylor for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 8+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Jonathan Taylor disappointed fantasy owners a season ago in terms of availability. He missed the first four games of the year with a contract dispute and injury, then missed three crucial fantasy games from Weeks 13-15 with another injury.
When healthy, Taylor is still one of the best running backs in the game. We never got to see him and Anthony Richardson in the same backfield a year ago, but both players will be available in Indianapolis’ season opener against the Houston Texans.

While some managers are concerned about Taylor potentially losing rushing touchdowns to the athletic Richardson, his upside remains immense in what should be one of the NFL’s most improved offenses in 2024.
Taylor was picked at the Round 1-2 turn for a reason this season -- you are not going to even consider benching him in what could be a Week 1 shootout against divisional rival Houston. Wheels up for the 25-year-old.
