Free Fantasy Football Draft Assistant - Your Expert Draft Helper (2024)

Kyren Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

RotoBaller's free fantasy football draft assistant - expert advice and draft helper tools for 2024. Team Sync is an essential fantasy draft-prep and in-draft companion.

Free Fantasy Football Draft Assistant Tool

RotoBaller's suite of winning tools are your fantasy football draft assistants. We have several tools that can help as your draft assistant, and below is a sample of one of our best. Use the mock draft assistant to practice for your drafts - you can setup any league configuration that you'd like, scoring settings, roster limits, keepers and more. Then on draft day, use the same tool during your actual draft as your fantasy football draft assistant that will give you expert recommendations on who to draft.

Fantasy Football Draft Assistant Overview

To take your game to the next level, be sure to have all of RotoBaller's fantasy football tools at your disposal! This is where the fantasy football draft assistant comes into play, which comes part of our Preseason Fantasy Football Draft Kit, or any full-season NFL Premium Pass.

Our fantasy football draft assistant tool is part of the Team Sync platform, which is customizable to ensure the tools and advice match your platform's scoring system and roster requirements. While our mock draft simulator will help you make decisions against the computer in an automated draft, the fantasy football draft assistant is meant as a companion for the real deal.

You'll still be in control of your picks, but the advanced tools built into the fantasy football draft helper will provide recommendations and resources to help guide each pick you make. Let's dive into more specifics about the fantasy football draft assistant and helper tool and see it in action below.

Fantasy Football Draft Assistant and Helper Overview

The fantasy football draft assistant is your draft helper during your live drafts. After you sync your teams to link your league, our draft assistant automatically connects to your platform's system and picks come in as they happen!

Our draft assistant updates everything in real-time including players already taken, our expert draft pick recommendations, team need suggestions, custom rankings and projections, cheat sheets, and more. Many fantasy gamers and users have likely used these kinds of tools for mock draft simulators, but they are especially useful as a live assistant during your real league draft.

Fantasy Football Draft Assistant Tool - Team Sync Platform

The Team Sync platform is your fantasy football draft assistant and draft helper. The entire platform of tools is geared to help you win your fantasy football drafts, and assist you in making the right picks. Here are some of the custom draft tools that Team Sync provides you with:

How to Use the Draft Assistant and Team Sync

To get started, you can find our fantasy football draft assistant and helper tool by clicking on the "NFL" tab and navigating to the "Team Sync" on the left-hand side. You can also use this link to go directly to the tool (premium users). After selecting "Team Sync" in the premium tools tab, you'll be taken to the browser to choose between "your league" and "sync new league".

Team Sync League Selection

From there, you'll be able to choose between ESPN, Yahoo, CBS, NFL.com, Fantrax, Fleaflicker, Sleeper, MFL, Real-Time Fantasy Sports, or FFPC leagues for use with our draft assistant. After selecting your platform, it's as simple as entering your email and selecting which league you want to sync to the helper. We also have a brand new option for manually setting up a league on a platform not listed.

Team Sync Platform Select

From there, you can access all of the fantasy football draft assistant tools, and navigate to "Live Draft Sync."

Team Sync Draft Tools

And finally, you'll be given intuitive instructions on how to sync the assistant with your real fantasy football draft.

Team Sync Draft Configuration

Team Sync's Fantasy Football Draft Helper In Action

From start to finish, the "experts picks" tab will recommend the top options for each of your selections based on team needs and overall value. While you might have a great strategy and idea of which players to pick in the early rounds, the assistant will ensure you stay on the right track in the middle-to-late parts of the draft.

Draft Assistant Expert Suggestions

Each recommendation is supported by a "need score" or "overall score" and an ANP% (available next pick). These features give you a true understanding of why the assistant is recommending particular players.

If you want more of a broad view of the available players based on the helper's recommendations, the cheat sheet (as shown below) will provide the list of players in order and you can sort by position. It's worth noting you can import your own cheat sheet and switch to those rankings if you choose to.

Draft Assistant Cheat Sheet

Knowing which players were selected is another aspect the draft assistant will help you with -- providing an overall draft board with each position displayed in a different color. This helps fantasy managers stay informed about which positions are beginning to fly off the board. This is especially useful for quick runs on tight ends and quarterbacks.

Draft Assistant Live Draft Board

After the draft is all said and done, it's fun to know which teams are "favored" to win the championship and which teams will likely need to put in some work via trade or free agency to compete with the top contenders. Here's where the draft assistant's power rankings and projections breakdown comes into play.

Post-Draft Power Rankings

Not only will the draft helper give managers an idea of how their team stacks up, but it will provide them with statical breakdowns for each category related to fantasy points.

Post-Draft Projections Breakdown

Everything mentioned on this page comes with any of our NFL Premium packages. The draft assistant and helper is one of the newest tools in RotoBaller's arsenal and is ready to take your drafting to the next level!
