The 2023 fantasy season was a wild one, and just like every year, we saw some under-the-radar quarterbacks who were league-winning QBs and some other QBs who were hyped up but failed to live up to the expectations.
There's still a lot of time left before the 2024 season starts, but after the first week of free agency, we're starting to get a good idea of where each team (and QB) ranks before the NFL Draft. Finding sleeper quarterbacks is an integral part of your success in your fantasy leagues, and I'm here to talk about three quarterbacks who are being undervalued in the Best Ball format.
With that being said, let's look at three early sleeper Best Ball QBs for the 2024 season. Average Draft Position based on Underdog ADP as of March 23, 2024.

Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
QB24 ADP
This is honestly one of the most disrespectful rankings I've seen in a while. And no, I'm not saying this just because I'm a Bucs/Mayfield fan. The numbers are here to back me up.
Last season, Mayfield finished as the overall QB10, ahead of players who are projected to be drafted ahead of him like C.J. Stroud, Matthew Stafford, and Trevor Lawrence. And unlike most QBs, Mayfield came up big late in the season during the fantasy playoffs.

From Week 14 to Week 17, Mayfield threw for 1117 yards and 10 touchdowns to just two interceptions with a sparkling 115.3 passer rating while adding one touchdown on the ground.
With these stats, Mayfield finished as the overall fantasy QB3 during this stretch. Mayfield's main weapon, Mike Evans, is also back in Tampa Bay and the team has brought back all of their other marquee free agents to give him a larger margin for error, which is essential for any QB.
Mayfield is part of an improving core, and his confidence is now sky-high after finally establishing himself as a franchise quarterback. He's also not injury-prone and has played through injuries many times, and he's one of the safest QBs to take in that regard (assuming that this doesn't jinx him). So, for his ADP, he is a fantastic value quarterback.
Will Levis, Tennessee Titans
QB28 ADP
Why is everyone sleeping on Will Levis this season? His ADP is shockingly low for a guy who has all the tools to become the breakout fantasy QB of 2024. Levis took over for Ryan Tannehill midway through the 2023 season and showed his greatness from the start, dropping four touchdown passes against the solid Falcons defense.
After two poor performances, Levis bounced back with a great game against the Jaguars, and he also led the Titans to two more wins before his season ended due to an injury.

Now, Levis has the chance to break into an NFL star. The Titans have made some really nice under-the-radar additions, such as signing Tony Pollard and Calvin Ridley, two Pro-Bowl caliber weapons who just needed a fresh start.
They have also traded for L'Jarius Sneed, who is a shutdown corner and will give Levis a larger margin for error. DeAndre Hopkins is still here too, and the Hopkins/Levis connection is legit.
Six out of Levis' eight career touchdown passes have been caught by Hopkins, and DHop has said Levis "is going to be great". Tennessee also has the seventh overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and many analysts have predicted that they'll take someone like dominant offensive lineman Joe Alt, or elite tight end Brock Bowers. Either of these two picks could be massive for Levis, who can easily be a valuable fantasy QB this season.
Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals
QB11 ADP
Kyler Murray isn't your typical "sleeper QB," but his inclusion here is for one simple fact: When completely healthy, Murray is a top-five fantasy QB. The past two injury-riddled seasons have made a lot of people forget just how dangerous Murray was from 2019 to 2021 in fantasy leagues.
As a rookie, Murray was drafted by the worst team in football and then proceeded to finish as the overall fantasy QB7. Then, in 2020, Murray finished as the overall QB2, and he would have finished as the overall QB1 had he not gotten injured in the final game of the season. He missed three games in 2021 but still finished as the QB4 in terms of average fantasy points per game.

He has still been in the top ten in terms of average points per game in each of the last two seasons and is looking to bounce back in a big way this year.
With the fourth overall pick in the draft, the Cardinals are slated to take Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, or another wideout to help Murray in the passing game. They also have Trey McBride, who broke out last season when he became a starter.
Murray also showed that he wasn't rusty anymore late in the 2023 season, throwing for 724 yards and six touchdowns to just one pick with a 108.3 passer rating in his last three games, finishing as the QB5 during that span. For his ADP, Murray can be an elite QB1 for your team, assuming that he can finally stay healthy.
