Josh Jacob's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 15 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Josh Jacobs for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues if Healthy
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2
ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs ranks as the RB12 in PPR formats this year, averaging 13.93 points per game. The 25-year-old workhorse has seen at least 14 touches in every game this season, including six games with 24 or more touches.
The efficiency in the struggling Raiders' offense hasn't been stellar, with Jacobs averaging over four yards per carry only three times all year. In Week 14, Jacobs suffered a quad injury, limiting him to playing only 63% of the snaps.
The Raiders face the Chargers in Week 15, who allow the sixth-most points per game to running backs this season. In Week 4, Jacobs accumulated 139 yards and scored a rushing touchdown against the Chargers. However, he has been a non-participant in practice for both days this week, and his availability for Thursday Night is uncertain.
If Jacobs is unable to play, Zamir White is in line to handle the starting role. Nevertheless, Jacobs would be a good volume-based play in Week 15 if he is cleared to participate.
