David Montgomery's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 12 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit David Montgomery for fantasy lineups.
ANALYSIS: Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery finished Week 11 with 12 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown. Despite playing just 40% of the snaps, the former Bear finished tied with the same number of touches as Jahmyr Gibbs (14). With more rushing attempts and the goal-line touchdown late, it's clear Montgomery still has a role to make plenty of plays in this offense.
The Lions take on the Packers this week, who allow the 13th-most points per game to running backs this season. Earlier this season, Montgomery finished with 32 carries for 121 yards and three rushing touchdowns. While he won't be getting 30-plus touches, he still is in line to be very productive with half the amount of touches. Start Montgomery this week in all formats.
Lions RB David Montgomery might not be the fastest but he sure does make some good decisions when he has an opening. He’s been so consistent for Detroit. Sees a crease and hits it - good run here. #OnePridepic.twitter.com/G0HerhZ9pt

The wide receiver position is just a little bit more forgiving than the running back position in terms of finding talent on the waiver wire. It's hard to find players that will be consistently good moving forward, though. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (collarbone), Green Bay Packers wideout Christian Watson, and Houston Texans […]
