Jeff Wilson Jr. is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for running backs. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season.

ANALYSIS: Jeff Wilson Jr. has been nothing short of disappointing since making his 2023 season debut in Week 7. The veteran ball-carrier has handled just seven rushes for 29 yards and caught six of his seven targets for 50 yards. With De'Von Achane (knee) expected to come back in Week 11 after the Dolphins' bye, Wilson's role could be miniscule.
All that said, the Dolphins' historically great offense warrants the top three running backs on its depth chart to be rostered in deep fantasy leagues. Achane is at risk of suffering a setback, and Raheem Mostert has been no stranger to injuries throughout his career.
Ultimately, Wilson is just one or two injuries away from legitimate RB2 upside. This late into the season, rostering handcuff running backs on great offenses is usually more beneficial than hanging onto mid-level wideouts and tight ends that have yet to break out -- or will only generate one or two spike weeks.
