The Denver Broncos have formally requested permission to interview San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator DeMeco Ryans and Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris for their head-coaching position, according to a source. Ryans has led the 49ers stout defense the last two years and is one of the top names in the mix to land a head-coaching job this cycle. He's not expected to pursue the job in Houston after the Texans fired Lovie Smith on Monday. Morris was the interim head coach for the Atlanta Falcons in 2020 and has spent the last two years in LA. He went 17-31 over three seasons as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach. Along with Quinn, Ryans and Morris, the Broncos are expected to interview defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh and former New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
