EPL DFS Goalies

Michael Zetterer - DK $4.6K || FD $10

Opponent - vs. Atalanta BC

Similar to yesterday, there are a few options for value at the goalkeeper position. However, many of them do carry a slight risk. If just looking at raw numbers, Michael Zetterer would be one. In Per 90 Against metrics, Eintracht is bottom-three in Big Chances Created and In-the-Box Goals, bottom-five in Goals and Shots, and bottom-ten in Chances Created and In-the-Box Shots. Although when you look at their first four UEFA Champions League fixtures, it makes sense. Eintracht has conceded a total of 11 goals in their four fixtures, and 10 of them came against Liverpool and Atlético Madrid.

In four matchweeks, Atalanta is bottom-ten in Goals Per 90 and top-ten in Shots Per 90. The Italian side has struggled in both the Champions League and Serie A, averaging fewer than a goal per game since the end of September. This all comes down to Zetterer making the harder of the saves for value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Andriy Lunin (DK $5.7K || FD $12) at Olympiakos CFP
  • Guglielmo Vicario (DK $4K || FD $7) at Paris Saint-Germain

EPL DFS Forwards

Trincão - DK $5.8K || FD $20

Opponent - vs. Club Brugge

Sporting CP will be without several starters in this matchup against Club Brugge. This leaves TrincAo in charge of the majority of the hosts' set pieces. In three appearances in the UCL this season–one start–he has produced one goal, two shots, one chance created, three crosses, one corner, one interception, and two clearances.

In a Per 90 against viewpoint, Club Brugge is bottom-three in Shots, Chances Created, and In-the-Box Shots, and bottom-ten in Goals, In-the-Box Goals, and Penalty Area Defense. For under $6K on DraftKings, TrincAo is expected to surpass value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Kylian Mbappé (DK $10.7K || FD $25) at Olympiakos CFP
  • Christos Tzolis (DK $7.4K || FD $18) at Sporting CP

EPL DFS Midfielders

Arda Güler - DK $8.4K || FD $20

Opponent - at Olympiakos CFP

Arda Güler has become invaluable to Real Madrid due to his overall ability on the pitch, with and without the ball. The midfield maestro has amassed one assist, eight shots, 11 chances created, 22 crosses, 17 corners, seven tackles, three interceptions, and three clearances over his last five appearances in all competitions.

Similar to Eintracht Frankfurt, Olympiakos CFP also has inflated metrics after its first four UCL fixtures. However, instead of being due for positive regression, Olympiakos is due for heavy negative regression, and against La Liga leaders Real Madrid, it is expected. With Güler in charge of the majority of set pieces in a prime matchup, despite it being on the road, expect the youngster to reach value at a minimum.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Ritsu Dōan (DK $6.5K || FD $13) vs. Atalanta BC
  • Chiquinho (DK $5.5K || FD $16) vs. Real Madrid

EPL DFS Defenders

Defenders

Raoul Bellanova - DK $4.9K || FD $8

Opponent - at Eintracht Frankfurt

This match may be one of the least eventful on the slate, but that doesn’t mean players won’t produce fantasy points. Raoul Bellanova is expected to lead defenders in points scored today. The young fullback will be in charge of the majority of set pieces for the La Dea. He will also have immense open-play value, slotting in at right-midfielder in a 3-4-2-1 formation.

As previously mentioned, Eintract Frankfurt is not nearly as bad defensively as the numbers suggest. However, one accurate metric is their weakness against the flank. They have conceded 83 crosses in four matchweeks this season. That is six more than the next-worst defense, Club Brugge. Bellanova has the opportunity to produce a ceiling performance in this matchup.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Nuno Mendes (DK $6.3K || FD $16) vs. Tottenham Hotspurs
  • Trent Alexader-Arnold (DK $5.5K || FD $11) at Olympiakos CFP

Corner Takers

Corner Takers:

  • Arsenal FC: Declan Rice/Bukayo Saka
  • Bayern München: Joshua Kimmich/Michael Olise
  • Atlético Madrid: Julián Alvarez/Álex Baena
  • Inter Milan: Hakan Çalhanoğlu/Federico Dimarco
  • Eintracht Frankfurt: Farès Chaïbi/Ritsu Dōan
  • Atalanta BC: Ademola Lookman/Raoul Bellanova
  • Liverpool FC: Dominik Szoboszlai/Cody Gakpo
  • PSV Eindhoven: Joey Veerman
  • Olympiakos CFP: Chiquinho
  • Real Madrid CF: Arda Güler/Trent Alexander-Arnold
  • Paris Saint-Germain: Nuno Mendes/Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
  • Tottenham Hotspurs: Mohammed Kudus/Pedro Porro/Xavi Simons
  • Sporting CP: Geovanny Quenda/Trincão
  • Club Brugge: Christos Tzolis
