DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins

58% rostered

Parker was targeted 13 times this week, catching four of them for 46 yards. He hasn't been playing a ton this year due to various issues, but Tua Tagovailoa likes to look his way when he does play. This week, he should be good to go against New England, a team he posted four catches for 81 yards against back in Week 1. Solid WR3/4 play this week, which is a good thing off the wire this late in the year.

Elijah Moore, New York Jets

Moore last played in Week 13, when he was targeted 12 times, catching six passes for 77 yards and a score. It sounds like the Jets want him to play this week, which would make him a risky WR3 play if he's good to go, though I'd expect he would probably be on a snap count.

K.J. Osborn, Minnesota Vikings

41% rostered

Kirk Cousins didn't play this last week, but even with the messy situation at QB, Osborn had 50 yards and a score. Assuming Cousins is good to go this week, Osborn should see a healthy target share and would have value as a WR4/5 play.

Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens

36% rostered

Bateman seems like he's on his way to surpassing Marquise Brown as the lead wideout in Baltimore. This week, he was targeted 10 times, catching seven passes for 58 yards. He's got a low floor, but there's WR3/4 upside if you want to take the risk.

Marquez Callaway, New Orleans Saints

26% rostered

Callaway looks like Taysom Hill's top target after he caught six passes for 97 yards. This offense isn't great but there are far worse options than playing a team's No. 1 wideout against the Falcons.

Braxton Berrios, New York Jets

7% rostered

If Elijah Moore is out again, Berrios is a must-play, as he's the only real healthy threat in this receiving corps. Berrios had eight catches for 65 yards and a touchdown last week, plus two carries for 12 yards and a score. Consider him a WR3 play if Moore is out or more of a WR4/5 option if Moore plays.

Cedrick Wilson, Dallas Cowboys

4% rostered

With Michael Gallup now done for the year, Wilson will play an expanded role. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Wilson get more snaps this week as the team tries to get him ready for the postseason. Against Arizona, he had six catches for 35 yards and a touchdown and should be considered a WR4 play against the Eagles.

Zay Jones, Las Vegas Raiders

1% rostered

If this Zay Jones stretch had happened two months ago, he would have been a popular add. Because it happened so late, everyone just ignored it. He posted season highs in target, catches, and yards this week, and now has seven or more targets and five or more catches in four consecutive games. You can play him this week.

Cyril Grayson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Now that Antonio Brown appears to no longer be a Buc, Grayson appears to be the guy who is going to play the No. 2 role. He was targeted eight times this week, catching six passes for 81 yards and a touchdown. He's a boom or bust option.

KhaDarel Hodge, Detroit Lions

0% rostered

Hodge was targeted 10 times this week, catching five of those for 76 yards. My confidence in him doing anything similar this week is pretty close to his rostership rate, by which I mean it's virtually zero. However, he did get targeted 10 times, so I mentioned him.
