A "massive" contract extension that reflects Denver Broncos defensive lineman Zach Allen's impact on the team could "soon be on the way," according to Nick Kosmider of The Athletic. Allen is entering the final season of the three-year, $47.75 million contract he signed with Denver in March 2023. He turns 28 in August and is coming off the best season of his career in 2024, recording 8.5 sacks and being named second-team All-Pro. He's versatile enough to line up at either defensive end or defensive tackle, and Kosmider notes that Allen played the most snaps of any defensive lineman in the NFL last season.--Will Brady
