X-Rays Come Back Negative On Joey Bosa
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers pass-rusher Joey Bosa (foot) left the Week 11 loss to the Green Bay Packers early in the first half on Sunday and was quickly ruled out, but X-rays came back negative on his foot. It doesn't appear to be an Achilles injury and is most likely a foot sprain, but it remains to be seen if he'll be healthy enough to suit up for the Bolts' Week 12 contest versus the Baltimore Ravens next Sunday night. Bosa will undergo an MRI exam on Monday to see exactly how long he might be out. The 28-year-old appeared to be crying into a towel while being carted off the field on Sunday, but his injury might not be a season-ender. Khalil Mack will see more double teams on LA's defensive line if the oft-injured Bosa is forced to miss any time.
