Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Seranthony Dominguez (elbow) is back in the United States after travel restrictions kept him in the Dominican Republic throughout much of the coronavirus pandemic. Dominguez has to quarantine, but is expected to undergo Tommy John surgery as early as this month. The right-handed reliever was electric in 2018, pitching to a 2.85 FIP with a 32 percent strikeout rate, but he missed most of last season with an elbow injury that he aggravated during spring training in March. Dominguez won't pitch in 2020 and will likely miss most of 2021 as well, making him hard to hold onto, even in dynasty formats.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBallerRead More News
