Randy Arozarena Not Ready to Return on Tuesday
Seattle Mariners outfielder Randy Arozarena (hamstring) is missing another game on Tuesday against the visiting Baltimore Orioles at T-Mobile Park, according to MLB.com. Victor Robles is making the start in left field and will bat seventh against Orioles right-hander Brandon Young. The 31-year-old Arozarena is missing a third straight start for the M's after suffering from soreness in his left hamstring last Friday. The good news is that the Mariners expect him to be available off the bench for Tuesday's series opener, giving him a good chance to return to the starting nine for Wednesday's contest in Seattle. When the right-handed-hitting Cuban outfielder returns to action, fantasy managers will want to return him to their starting lineups everywhere. He's been one of the team's most consistent offensive producers in 2026 with a .291/.377/.448 slash line, an .826 OPS, seven home runs, 33 RBI, 19 stolen bases, and 47 runs scored in his 261 at-bats in his second full season with the M's. Arozarena was a second-time All-Star in 2025 in his first year in Seattle, when he hit just .238 (146-for-613), but with a career-high 27 long balls, 76 RBI, and 31 steals in 160 regular-season contests.
