Quinnen Williams Headed to Dallas
The Dallas Cowboys have acquired All-Pro defensive lineman Quinnen Williams from the New York Jets in exchange for a 2026 first-round pick and more. The 27-year-old Williams is coming off three straight Pro Bowl seasons and will look to shore up a Cowboys' defensive front that has allowed 143 rushing yards per game. Dallas reportedly acquired linebacker Logan Wilson from the Bengals earlier on Tuesday, while Williams is the second All-Pro defender dealt away by the Jets after sending cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Colts. While the Cowboys' defense has been a gift for opposing fantasy players, these moves make them less of an every-week target. Meanwhile, the Jets have suddenly become a more appealing matchup, and their fantasy playoff schedule includes games against the Jaguars, Saints, and Patriots. UPDATE: The Cowboys sent defensive tackle Mazi Smith, a second-round pick in 2026, and a first-rounder in 2027 to the Jets for Williams.
