5 years agoNew York Mets first baseman Peter Alonso (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The rookie slugger is getting a routine day off, so he should be back in the lineup on Monday. Todd Frazier will draw the start at first base and bat third versus righty Joe Musgrove. Frazier has been awful with the bat for quite some time now, so it's unclear why he's batting third here. Fantasy owners can go ahead and ignore him for this one.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
