Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver
Ja'Marr Chase was quiet in three of his first four games to begin the 2025 campaign. However, it's been a different story since the Week 5 loss to the Detroit Lions, with the wideout combining for 50 grabs (72 targets) for 567 yards and four touchdowns in his last five appearances. Most assumed Chase would lose his fantasy luster once
Joe Burrow (toe) went on the Injured Reserve list. While that was mostly true when
Jake Browning was under center, it didn't take him long to build strong on-field chemistry with
Joe Flacco. The veteran signal-caller should continue to pepper Chase with targets moving ahead, including in Sunday's AFC North clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers, as the former LSU Tiger looks to reclaim his spot as the top fantasy receiver.

Los Angeles Rams tight end
Terrance Ferguson continues to gradually handle an increased workload. The rookie has 10 targets over his last three games, handling at least 30 percent of the offensive snaps in each of those contests. He has primarily operated as a big-play threat, catching four passes for 117 yards during that span (29.3 yards per catch). While
Tyler Higbee has remained Los Angeles' most-utilized tight end, Ferguson is not far behind. He appears to be the Rams' tight end of the future, and his receiving skills are among the best in this year's class of rookie tight ends. He's not startable in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks, but he should be stashed in all dynasty leagues.

Chicago Bears wide receiver
Rome Odunze has been fantastic in his second season in the NFL. In nine games, Odunze has hauled in 37 of 69 targets, for 559 yards and six touchdowns, ranking as the WR15 on a per-game basis. Despite going through a rough patch since the bye week, Odunze has strung together good outings, including last week, where he had 86 yards and a touchdown in less-than-ideal conditions. The weather will be a non-factor this week, as the Bears play in a dome for the first time since Week 2 (where Odunze had his best game of the season). The Vikings' defense has looked better as of late, but so has the Bears' offense, who currently rank seventh in the NFL in scoring offense. Odunze is a high-end WR2 in Week 11.

Chase Brown hasn't played as well as expected. He began the 2025 campaign by finding the end zone in Week 1 against the Browns. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old didn't score again until the narrow one-point loss to the New York Jets back in Week 8. It's safe to say he has a way to go before earning back the trust of fantasy managers, especially since he's struggled to get much going on the ground. However, Brown has at least made up for it by scoring two touchdowns against the Jets and totaling eight catches in the Week 9 meeting with the Chicago Bears. He's trending in the right direction and should see even more snaps with
Samaje Perine (ankle) ruled out. As a result, Brown can continue to be viewed as a starting fantasy option in Week 11 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback
Michael Penix Jr. completed just 12 of 28 passes in Week 10 for 177 yards, leaving him with a lowly 58.8 percent completion rate for the season. However, it was the fifth straight game with a touchdown pass, giving him an 8:1 TD:INT over that stretch. While the latter stat is notable, he could have a tough time continuing that trend on Sunday against the Panthers, which is a defense that is middle of the road against the pass and limited the lefty QB to 18-for-36 passing for 172 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions in this matchup back in Week 3. After being sacked three times last week, the 25-year-old will also now be without starting left guard Matthew Bergeron (ankle), and his favorite target,
Drake London (illness/back), heads into the weekend questionable after limited sessions Thursday and Friday. In what should be a competitive game, the Falcons have
Bijan Robinson and
Tyler Allgeier to rely on as well, so it all adds up to Penix being a low-end QB2 on Sunday.

Joe Flacco (shoulder) didn't practice on Wednesday and Friday (limited on Thursday) due to a nagging right shoulder injury. Fortunately, it won't be enough to keep him off the field for the Week 11 AFC North clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Flacco spent over a decade with the Baltimore Ravens, so he's quite familiar with Sunday's opponent. However, despite numerous encounters with the Steelers over the years, Flacco's most recent showing against the team back in Week 7 was arguably his best, with the signal-caller throwing for 342 yards and three touchdowns off 31-for-47 passing. He has played at an elevated level since first suiting up for the Bengals, so expectations remain high. With that said, Flacco is surrounded by a quality supporting cast, at least on the offensive side of the ball, giving him plenty of credibility as a starting fantasy option in any format for Sunday's anticipated high-scoring affair.

Buffalo Bills running back
James Cook had an underwhelming game in his team's Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins, recording 77 scrimmage yards and zero touchdowns on 18 touches. While Cook logged an encouraging five receptions, he was held out of the end zone for the fourth time in his last five games. Cook and the Bills will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 11. Tampa Bay has allowed the eighth-fewest total rushing yards in the NFL (907), but they rank 15th in yards per carry allowed (4.2) and tied for 16th in rushing touchdowns allowed (nine). Cook has topped 100 scrimmage yards in six out of nine games this season and should have a chance to reach that number again against Tampa Bay. Additionally, he may get a few extra chances as a short-area receiver due to the absence of Bills tight end
Dalton Kincaid (hamstring). Cook profiles as a must-start fantasy running back in Week 11.

Tyler Higbee has held onto borderline fantasy value for most of this season, and he could continue to be deployed as a low-end fantasy starter in deeper leagues during Sunday's Week 11 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Volume has saved Higbee's value lately, as he has 17 targets and 13 catches (plus two touchdowns) over his last four games. He's the overall TE32 in PPR leagues this year, but he has jumped up to TE24 in fantasy points per game since Week 6. He could see a slight uptick in his decent volume numbers this week against the Seahawks, who have allowed the second-most receptions to tight ends in 2025, as well as the sixth-most receiving yards. He's a fringe top-18 fantasy option for Week 11.

Chicago Bears rookie running back
Kyle Monangai has been able to carve out a role in this Bears backfield. In his rookie season, Monangai has had 75 carries for 390 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 83 yards on nine receptions through the air. Despite being mostly undrafted in fantasy leagues this season, the 2025 seventh-round pick has stepped up as a key piece for fantasy teams. However, his streak of facing easy matchups comes to an end this week, as the Minnesota Vikings have allowed the 13th fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. They have been as good as any in the last few weeks, holding
Derrick Henry and
Jahmyr Gibbs to under double-digit fantasy points in back-to-back weeks. With Swift healthy and a capped ceiling in this matchup, Monangai is a low-end RB3 in Week 11, and a player that should be on benches this week.

Blake Corum has taken on an expanded role lately, registering at least 12 carries in each of his last three games. He played at least one-third of the offensive snaps in two of those three contests. He's also averaging 4.4 yards per carry over the last two weeks. Despite taking on an expanded workload in his role behind
Kyren Williams, Corum could be headed for an underwhelming performance in Week 11, even if he continues to log double-digit touches. Corum is rarely ever involved in the passing game, relying on his rushing stats to anchor his fantasy performances. That could backfire on Sunday against the Seahawks, who have allowed the fewest rushing yards, third-fewest rushing touchdowns, and seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs in 2025. They've been much softer against pass-catching running backs, but that's more of a factor for Williams than Corum, given their respective roles. Against a tough defense, Corum remains a mere handcuff and can be left on the bench in fantasy football.

Jonnu Smith had his worst showing of the season in Week 10 and will hope to be more involved against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. This matchup is as good as it gets for fantasy tight ends, as the Bengals have surrendered the most fantasy points, the most yards, and the most touchdowns to the position this season. When these division rivals met in Week 7, all three of Smith,
Pat Freiermuth, and
Darnell Washington found the end zone in a shootout. With Sunday's contest once again expected to be high-scoring, Smith could see additional looks from quarterback
Aaron Rodgers as both offenses fight to keep pace. His floor remains extremely low, but fantasy managers can consider Smith as a streaming option with a fair amount of touchdown upside this week.

D'Andre Swift is off the injury report and is set to play in Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings. This marks the first time since Week 6 that Swift has no injury designation, as he has been playing through nagging hip and groin injuries throughout the season. Despite playing through injury, Swift has been a game-changer for the Bears this season. In eight games, he has 754 scrimmage yards and five touchdowns on 136 total attempts. However, Week 11 marks his first relatively tough opponent he's had since Week 2, as the Vikings have allowed the 13th fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. Derrick Henry and
Jahmyr Gibbs to under double-digit fantasy points in back-to-back weeks. Swift profiles as a risky RB2 this week, with his value dependent on whether he finds the endzone in Minnesota.

Buffalo Bills quarterback
Josh Allen attempted 40 passes and topped 300 passing yards for just the second time this season in his team's ugly Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. Allen and the rest of the Bills will be looking to make up for last week's performance in Week 11 when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Through 10 weeks in 2025, Tampa Bay has been a favorable matchup for opposing passing attacks. The Bucs defense is a bottom-10 unit in terms of yards allowed per pass attempt (7.4). Tampa Bay has also generally been fairly stout against the run, which could force the Bills to turn to the air more often than they would typically like. If there's one area of concern for Allen's fantasy outlook, it's that he will be without one of his top receiving weapons in tight end
Dalton Kincaid (hamstring). Still, Allen is a must-start fantasy quarterback in all league formats in Week 11.

Caleb Williams has been a fantasy superstar in November, averaging 31.9 fantasy points in the last two weeks. Not only has Williams been fantastic through the air, but he's been elite on the ground as well. The second-year quarterback is in the midst of a breakout season, ranking as the QB6 on a per-game basis. He faces the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11, a defense that he has had plenty of success against in his career. In three career games against Brian Flores' defense, Williams has averaged 21.9 fantasy points per game and no interceptions. Williams is a QB1 in Week 11 and is a sure-fire start in all fantasy formats, as he looks to continue his hot streak.

New England Patriots defensive tackle Milton Williams (ankle) could miss multiple weeks after suffering a high-ankle sprain during Thursday's Week 11 win over the New York Jets. Williams exited in the first quarter and was initially listed as questionable. According to the broadcast on Amazon Prime, he briefly returned to the game before exiting again. After his second exit, he did not return. The 26-year-old was one of New England's biggest offseason signings, ditching a reported contract with the Carolina Panthers to sign with the Patriots at the last minute. He has 27 tackles and 3.5 sacks this year, helping the Patriots emerge as one of the league's best run defenses in 2025. With Williams slated to miss time, Cory Durden should earn more snaps along the defensive line.
