Washington Commanders running back
Chris Rodriguez Jr. is coming off his best performance of the season last week. In Week 9, Rodriguez rushed a season-high 12 times for 65 yards and scored a touchdown in the loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Finally, the Commanders have decided to give Rodriguez a chance and he proved he's up for the challenge. He figures to at least split the early-down work with
Jacory Croskey-Merritt while
Jeremy McNichols handles the pass-down duties. It's not a favorable situation for fantasy managers, but Rodriguez is looking like the best of the bunch right now. He'll be worth a look as a flex option in deep leagues for Week 10.

Per the team, Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Zach Tom (back) is questionable to play in Monday night's home matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Tom logged a week's worth of limited practice sessions ahead of Week 10's clash due to a back injury, and is among four Packers' offensive players who have been deemed questionable. The Wake Forest product had already missed two games earlier this season due to an oblique injury. However, he's been one of the best run-blocking tackles in the league when healthy, and can hold his own in pass-blocking situations, too. If Tom is eventually unable to suit up, teammates Darian Kinnard and Anthony Belton are the most likely to work in his stead.

Savion Williams (foot) has been labeled as questionable for the team's home clash with the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. The TCU product joins fellow wide receivers
Matthew Golden (shoulder) and
Dontayvion Wicks (calf) on the injury report, as all three have garnered the questionable tag. With Wicks out the previous two contests, Williams had seen his snap share rise slightly. According to Dan Salomone of Giants.com, the New York Giants have elevated wide receiver
Ray-Ray McCloud III from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the hosting Chicago Bears. McCloud III will suit up for a second consecutive game for the Giants after joining the squad roughly two weeks ago. In his debut, the 29-year-old played the second-most snaps of all New York wideouts (91%). However, he was targeted just once (1/5). While he may boast more work as he becomes more comfortable in his new surroundings, the Giants' passing offense has not found consistent success supporting multiple fantasy wide receivers. McCloud III will rank as RotoBaller's PPR WR88 for his clash with Chicago.

Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) is expected to be active for Sunday's home tilt with the Arizona Cardinals, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Despite being listed as questionable while dealing with multiple injuries, the veteran should make his return from a one-game absence in Week 10. However, he'll be faced with more target competition, as the team added former New Orleans Saints wide receiver
Rashid Shaheed at Tuesday's trade deadline. Kupp has played a clear second fiddle to running mate

Harold Fannin Jr. (hamstring) is expected to play on Sunday versus the New York Jets. The 21-year-old didn't practice on Thursday and was limited on Friday, resulting in a questionable designation. However, it doesn't appear as if he was in any real danger of missing the meeting with the Jets. Fannin is currently the team's top receiving option. In eight games, he's amassed 38 receptions (51 targets) for 352 yards and two touchdowns, making him a starting fantasy option in all formats, even with the expected return of

Cleveland Browns wide receiver
Cedric Tillman (hamstring) is expected to play in Week 10 against the Jets. The wideout appeared in only four games this season, amassing 11 receptions (20 targets) for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Unfortunately, he injured his hamstring and has been sitting on the shelf for over a month. Tillman practiced in full everyday this week, so his activation from the Injured Reserve list on Saturday wasn't surprising. All things considered, it's unknown if he'll be limited in his first game back. However, Tillman's presence may be enough to lower the ceiling of
Jerry Jeudy and
David Njoku. That would apply to
Harold Fannin Jr. (hamstring), who is also in line to suit up versus New York.

Tetairoa McMillan (hamstring) is expected to play in Sunday's game versus the New Orleans Saints. He showed up on Friday's injury report because of a hamstring issue, resulting in a questionable designation. Fortunately, it appears fantasy managers will have him out there in Week 10. The rookie has played well this season despite only scoring two touchdowns, amassing 41 catches (69 targets) for 558 yards, making him a viable fantasy option in any format for the favorable matchup with the Saints. His presence in the lineup could also make life easier for
Bryce Young, who is coming off a rough showing in Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Chicago Bears running back
D'Andre Swift (groin) is anticipated to suit up on Sunday versus the New York Giants. The 26-year-old has been battling a groin injury for a few weeks. However, it finally kept him off the field for the Week 9 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Kyle Monangai handled nearly all of the snaps out of the backfield in that one, amassing 176 yards off 26 carries, adding three receptions for 22 yards. While Swift might lead the way in snaps at the position, it's hard to imagine Monangai going away after such a strong performance. Unfortunately, the backfield competition makes this situation hard to navigate from a fantasy standpoint. With that said, Swift still is worth starting in most fantasy formats for the favorable matchup with the Giants, although that may change in the weeks ahead.

Garrett Wilson (knee) is expected to play on Sunday versus the Cleveland Browns. The wideout injured his knee in the Week 6 loss to the Denver Broncos, keeping him off the field for the Jets' previous two games heading into the Week 9 bye. He practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday and Thursday. However, despite logging a full session on Friday, it still wasn't good enough to avoid a questionable tag. Fortunately, it appears Wilson will suit up, so he's anticipated to pick up right where he left off as the top target for quarterback
Justin Fields. Of course, Wilson is a must-start in all fantasy formats, although his presence could mean less attention for
Tyler Johnson,
Isaiah Williams,
Mason Taylor, and the recently acquired
Adonai Mitchell, assuming he plays.

Detroit Lions kicker
Jake Bates projects as one of the top kicker options for Week 10's matchup against the Washington Commanders. Bates hasn't been quite as effective this season compared to last, however, making just nine of 13 attempts, but he has nailed all 30 of his extra points, which is the most in the league. His 69.2% field goal percentage ranks 31st out of 33 qualified kickers this season. The Lions attempt field goals at one of the lowest rates in the league, but Bates has still struggled to deliver in his limited opportunities. Bates should have plenty of opportunity for scoring in Week 10 against a Washington defense that hasn't shown itself capable of stopping anything recently.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker
Chase McLaughlin has been reliable again this season, making 17 of his 21 field goal attempts and converting 16 of 17 extra points. His 81% field goal percentage ranks just below the league average of 83.6% and is a sizable step down from last season's career best mark of 93.8%, which was third best in the league. The 29-year-old has been money on kicks from 50 yards or longer this season, drilling all eight of his attempts. No other kicker has made more than six. The eight field goals from 50 yards or more are already one shy of his career best mark set back in 2022. McLaughlin has solid streaming value in Week 10 against New England, which is one of the highest projected totals of the week.

A matchup against the Bucs lowers the Patriots' floor, but they remain a solid fantasy option for Week 10. As it stands, the Patriots rank #14 among D/ST units in this week's RotoBaller expert rankings.

New England Patriots kicker
Andy Borregales has not missed a kick in seven consecutive weeks, and he'll look to extend his streak of perfection to eight games during Sunday's Week 10 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The rookie missed in each of his first two games this year, but he has performed without a blemish ever since then. He has benefited from a steady increase in workload, and it has also worked out well that the Patriots' offense is playing at a high level and sets him up for plenty of shorter kicks. Of course, the University of Miami product has shown success from long range, too, converting from beyond 50 yards twice this year. The Buccaneers' defense might slow down the Patriots a little more than they're used to, but we still expect solid volume for New England and its kicker in Week 10. Hunter Henry is a solid fantasy football option heading into Sunday's Week 10 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Henry's production has varied week by week this year, and it seems like both his breakouts and duds have come with no particular rhyme or reason. Still, fantasy managers should be intrigued by his steady volume and his role atop the depth chart. With wide receiver
Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) ruled out, Henry could end up leading the team in targets and receptions on Sunday. Tampa Bay has surrendered the 11th-fewest fantasy points to tight ends in 2025, but they gave up five catches and 53 yards to
Juwan Johnson in their most recent game. A similar (or better) stat line for Henry would certainly satisfy his fantasy managers. He ranks as a fringe top-12 fantasy tight end with a steady floor.
