According to a source, multiple players and staff of the Toronto Blue Jays have tested positive for COVID-19. The team shut down their spring complex in Dunedin, Florida, late last week after a player showed symptoms of the virus, but it appears that it has spread to other personnel as well. The Jays are scheduled to return to spring training 2.0 back in Canada on July 1, but this news could throw a small wrench in their plans. This likely won’t be the last we hear of this player safety issue, as the league has several details to iron out in order for the season to start without a hitch in late July.--Riley Mrack - RotoBallerRead More News
