Philadelphia Flyers goalie Michal Neuvirth (lower body) is expected to miss the first two games of the season. Brian Elliott will man the net in his absence, although if the injury persists, the Flyers claimed Calvin Pickard off of waivers from the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday. Neuvirth posted a 9-7-3 record with a .915 SV% and 2.60 GAA across 22 games last season. He only has value as a spot starter in fantasy leagues, unless he manages to become the undisputed starting goalie.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
