Vegas Golden Knights left wing Max Pacioretty (undisclosed) has suffered a setback and won't be able to play "in the near future", according to head coach Pete DeBoer. The veteran sniper, who's been out since Mar. 11, was a game-time decision on Thursday against Nashville and seemed ready to return, but now we know why he wasn't able to make it back, and it looks like we won't see him for a while. It's almost been like a lost season for Pacioretty, with him having skated in only 29 games. He's still been quality when available, averaging a point per game, but his health issues have been a big blow for the team and the Golden Knights are in danger of missing the playoffs. With Reilly Smith (knee) and Mark Stone (back) also on the shelf, Evgenii Dadonov, Nicolas Roy and Keegan Kolesar have taken up spots in the top six.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
