Matthew Fitzpatrick has had his bubble burst on the weekends of late and particularly on Sundays. In five of the previous seven tournaments, Fitzpatrick has shot above the course average and that includes all four majors (73,73,76, and 70). Then, there was the 74 on Sunday at the FedEx-WGC. That knocked Fitzpatrick out of a top-20 finish. He wound up tied for 57th. The concern with the English golfer is those errant shots and putts. His approach to the green has seen negative strokes gained in three of the last five tournaments. His approach and around the green strokes gained overall is just 0.94. Fitzpatrick has to be better there and with his Sunday putter to contend.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
