Macklin Celebrini Pots Hat Trick in Tuesday's Win
San Jose Sharks center Macklin Celebrini took the team on his back and carried them to a 3-2 overtime victory on Tuesday night against the Utah Mammoth. Celebrini produced all three Sharks goals, including two inside the first six minutes of play. He became the third teenager in NHL history to record a hat trick with an overtime goal. Celebrini is having a monster sophomore year, already boasting nearly half of the 63 points he had during his rookie campaign. After 20 outings, Celebrini has managed 13 goals and 17 assists. Former MVP Nathan MacKinnon (33) is currently the only player in the league with more points than Celebrini (30).
