Liam Hendriks May Not Be Available Monday
Liam Hendriks (arm) will play catch before the game on Monday, but he's not guaranteed to be available against the Detroit Tigers. Skipper Tony La Russa is calling it arm "stiffness" for Hendriks. The 33-year-old right-hander wasn't available for the series finale on Sunday against the Texas Rangers, but he's getting closer to being available. If Hendriks isn't available in a closing situation on Monday, expect Kendall Graveman or Kyle Crick to get the nod. Hendriks has been solid for the White Sox this year, posting a league-high 16 saves, a 2.81 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, 37 strikeouts and eight walks in 25 2/3 innings over 25 appearances. Fantasy managers will hopefully have him back sooner than later.
