Edmonton Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl (lower body) rejoined practice on Monday, Derek Van Diest of NHL.com reports. This was his first practice with his teammates since suffering a lower-body injury on March 15 against the Nashville Predators. The German superstar is nearing a return to action, but it's unclear whether he will be available at the start of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs. "I'm going to see how I feel by the end of the week, and hopefully it feels great and maybe I'm an option (for Game 1) or maybe it's a couple of games later. We'll see," Draisaitl said. Due to his injury, Draisaitl failed to reach 100 points this season for the first time in five years, finishing with 35 goals and 62 assists in 65 appearances.--Taavi Pailk
