Justin Rose finished outside the top-30 in his last two tournaments after missing the cut at the US Open. One of the keys to finishing high at Memphis is the ability to hit small greens and putt well enough. Rose can putt among the best ranks 32nd but his around-the-green abilities have diminished greatly (182nd overall). Too many metrics scream average or right near the average for Rose at this stage of his career. Despite that, he did finish in the top ten at the PGA Championship and Masters. This course at Memphis though just does not suit him well. He could falter at any time and that is too much risk to take. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
