Jets Could Be Tempted By Brock Bowers
9 months agoThe Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt thinks that the New York Jets could be tempted to take Georgia tight end Brock Bowers with the No. 10 overall pick in the first round of this year's NFL draft, even if they remain high on Jeremy Ruckert. The Jets would probably only take a chance on Bowers in the first round if they address their offensive-line needs in free agency or through a trade. General manager Joe Douglas could also take a look at free-agent tight ends Hunter Henry, Jonnu Smith, Gerald Everett, Austin Hooper, Noah Fant, or Mike Gesicki. Bowers, who had 175 catches for 2,538 yards and 26 touchdowns in his time in college, could produce immediately for fantasy managers in 2024 in New York or elsewhere.
