Tennessee Titans offensive tackle JC Latham has shed weight this offseason in an effort to get faster and more agile. The No. 7 overall pick in last year's draft out of Alabama said he weighed as much as 360 pounds during his rookie season, and he is now 337 pounds. "I just felt a lot slower, and it was embarrassing for me," Latham said after practice on Wednesday. "That was my biggest focus, really to just get in a lot better shape." The 22-year-old spent last season at left tackle despite playing his collegiate career at right tackle, but he's moving back to the right side after the team signed former Pittsburgh Steelers blindside protector Dan Moore.
