8 months agoBoston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum did all he could with Kyrie Irving (quad) out, but it was not enough as his club lost to the Brooklyn Nets by seven points on Monday. Tatum's season-high 34 points came on an excellent 12 of 19 shooting from the floor and he also connected on three makes from downtown to go along with three blocks, three assists, and a steal without committing a single turnover on the night. It is too bad the rest of the team did not show up as Tatum posted his best line of the season. Tatum and the Celtics will look to snap out of their three-game losing skid on Wednesday, but it won't be easy as they will be matched up against the Toronto Raptors.--Gianni Costantiello - RotoBaller
