Dallas Stars forward Jamie Benn (face) exited Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Montreal Canadiens in the third period. The Stars captain took an awkward fall, hitting his face on the ice. Benn was bleeding and needed help to leave the ice. Dallas plans to provide an update on Benn on Monday. Sunday's loss was Benn's fourth consecutive outing without a point, and his offensive production has been limited to 14 points (seven goals, seven assists) in 23 games this season. He has been on the Stars' third line and the second power-play unit.--Taavi Pailk
