New York Islanders goaltender Ilya Sorokin stopped 33 of the 34 shots he faced en route to defeating the Vegas Golden Knights on Tuesday evening. Sorokin's lone blemish came in the third period when Brandon Saad found the back of the net on a backhand. The Knights dominated the shot total, but Sorokin was able to lead the way. This outing extended Sorokin's winning streak to seven games. During this impressive streak, Sorokin has held a stellar .960% SV with a 1.16 GAA. Over his previous 10 games, Sorokin has held a 9-1 record with a .942% SVG and a 1.66 GAA. Across 38 games, the 29-year-old has held a 20-14-4 record with a .910 SV and a 2.58 GAA. Fantasy managers should expect Sorokin to get the starting nod again on Friday evening against the Winnipeg Jets.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
