5 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Eric Sogard (leg) is out of the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Texas Rangers. Sogard hasn't been in the lineup since he took a foul ball to the leg on Friday. It sounds like a minor issue, so hopefully he can get back in the lineup within the next few days. Joey Wendle will bat leadoff and play second base versus righty Ariel Jurado. Wendle is hitting .300 over the last two weeks, so he's worth looking at in a favorable part of the order on Wednesday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
