Dylan Strome Ready to Return Saturday
Washington Capitals center Dylan Strome (lower body) is set to return from a two-game absence on Saturday versus the Buffalo Sabres, Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post reports. Strome was considered a game-time call for the matchup, but he participated in pre-game warmups with the team. He will replace Pierre-Luc Dubois (lower body) in the top six and will be a big part of the power play. Strome has enjoyed fine form in 2025-26, picking up 10 points (two goals, eight assists) in eight appearances. He recorded all his points during a five-game scoring streak, which ended in last weekend's matchup against the Ottawa Senators, where he got hurt.
