Dodgers Could Look To Land Corbin Burnes, Willy Adames
1 year agoOne executive has speculated that the Los Angeles Dodgers could make an attempt to land both Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Corbin Burnes and shortstop Willy Adames in the same deal this offseason. Both Burnes and Adames are eligible for free agency next offseason. The Dodgers are fully expected to pursue starting pitching in the offseason with Walker Buehler (elbow) coming off Tommy John surgery and with Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) on the open market. LA is likely to pursue both Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Shohei Ohtani (elbow), the two big-ticket free-agent options this winter, but Ohtani won't be able to take the mound at all in 2024. The Brewers are heading into a rebuilding phase and are listening on all of their players.
