1 year agoThe Chicago Cubs are calling up top outfield prospect Pete Crow-Armstrong from Triple-A Iowa, according to sources. The plan is for Crow-Armstrong to be activated on Tuesday, so the Cubs will have their best prospect with them as they make a run for the postseason down the stretch. The 21-year-old should have an everyday role in Chicago's outfield, making him worth a look in all fantasy leagues to close out the 2023 season. He has excellent defensive skills in center field and also an intriguing power/speed combination at the plate. In 107 games with Iowa and Double-A Tennessee this year, Crow-Armstrong hit .283/.365/.511 with an .876 OPS, 20 home runs, 82 RBI, 37 stolen bases and 98 runs scored.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
