Clyde Edwards-Helaire Misses Another Practice
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) missed his second straight practice of the week on Wednesday. Edwards-Helaire has yet to practice or play since suffering his shoulder injury in Week 16, so he's trending toward missing a second straight game in the Week 18 regular season finale this Saturday against the Denver Broncos. With CEH out in the shootout loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17, Darrel Williams handled 17 of the 21 backfield touches (Derrick Gore had the others) and ran for 88 yards and two touchdowns while adding three receptions for 19 yards. If Edwards-Helaire misses another contest, Williams will be a high-end RB2/low-end RB1 for fantasy managers still playing for single-year fantasy trophies.
