Washington Commanders defensive end Chase Young (neck) was listed as a full practice participant on Thursday. It's a notable development for the former second overall pick that has been set back by injuries since winning Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2020, as he had been limited in practices since suffering a stinger in the preseason in early August. He's making progress, but the Commanders may play it safe with the 24-year-old pass-rusher and hold him out until Week 3.
