Casey Mittelstadt Out Week-to-Week
Boston Bruins center Casey Mittelstadt (lower body) is considered week-to-week, Conor Ryan of Boston.com reports. The 26-year-old missed Saturday's matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs and was unable to practice on Monday. Boasting nine points (four goals, five assists) through 15 outings, Mittelstadt is tied for fifth on the Bruins' scoring charts. Mittelstadt has joined Elias Lindholm (lower body) on the shelf, giving Alex Steeves and Marat Khusnutdinov an opportunity to experience life as a top-six forward. The two will likely continue to have expanded roles in Tuesday's rematch against Toronto.
