New Orleans Saints wide receiver Cameron Meredith is a healthy inactive once again in Week 2 against the Browns. Meredith was behind in training camp and the preseason after missing all of last year with a knee injury, and he clearly needs to get a better grasp of the playbook before the Saints are comfortable making him active on game days.
