10/5:Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Brian Elliott made 23 saves en route to a 5-2 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights. The embattled netminder enjoyed plenty of goal support while the Golden Knights struggled to click offensively. Elliott seems to be the main man in the crease to start the season with fellow goalie Michal Neuvirth (lower body) currently injured. He had a solid 23-11-7 record last season to go along with a 2.66 GAA and .909 SV%. Elliott is a solid fantasy backup as long as he maintains the net.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
