The Flames had the slight advantage in the shot total but Vasilevskiy was able to lead the way. The Flames made a strong push in the third period as they logged 11 shots but Vasilevskiy shut the door. This performance extended his winning streak to seven games. During this stretch, the 30-year-old has posted a .944 save percentage with a 1.72 GAA. Since January 7, Vasilevskiy has only lost three contests in regulation and held an impressive .936 save percentage with a 1.94 GAA.
