Alex Tuch Tallies Four Assists in Big Win
Buffalo Sabres right wing Alex Tuch notched four assists in Friday's dominant 9-3 home win over the Chicago Blackhawks. He set up one power-play goal and already had two assists after the first period. Tuch's impressive playmaking display has tied him with Tage Thompson as Buffalo's leading scorer this season. Through 21 outings, he has tallied 20 points, scoring seven goals and delivering 13 assists. However, Tuch's efforts in general have been disappointing this month. Prior to Friday night, he had managed only five points in nine November outings. Tuch will now attempt to build some momentum on Sunday in a tough matchup against the Eastern Conference-leading Carolina Hurricanes.
