Aidan O'Connell Likely To Be Without Starting Left Tackle
1 year agoLas Vegas Raiders left tackle Kolton Miller (shoulder) was unable to practice all week and is considered doubtful to be active in Week 10 against the New York Jets on Sunday. Miller came down with a shoulder injury in the Week 9 win over the New York Giants and probably is going to need at least one game off. With the 28-year-old unlikely to play, Justin Herron is expected to start on rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell's blind side in O'Connell's third career start. The Jets haven't been a dominant defense in terms of sacks this year with 22 (tied for 15th in the NFL), but it's a notable development against one of the better overall defenses in the league. Vegas has been one of the weaker offenses in 2023, scoring only 17.3 points per game (seventh-fewest).
