All throughout the 2014-15 campaign, RotoBaller will be giving you the top NBA DFS lineup picks at the guard, forward and center positions as well as a couple of sleepers for the day. Below are our favorite picks for December 28th, 2014.

Worth the Investment
Russell Westbrook (OKC, G) - $9,000
Westbrook is a monster. There is just no other way to say it. He is playing arguably the best basketball of his career right now. Without Kevin Durant, Westbrook has dominated the ball, which is exactly what you want to see, daily leaguers.
The star Oklahoma City point guard is averaging 28.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 7.2 assists, and 2.2 steals per game on the season. Westbrook is posting an insane 40.3 usage rate this season, which is the tops in the NBA by a mile. Translation, daily sites cannot price him high enough for you to justify not putting him in your lineup. Fade him at your own peril.
Tim Duncan (SAS, F) - $6,800
It is always risky to play the Spurs veteran players, for fear of getting “Popped.” However, Duncan should be a safe play today for a couple of reasons. The Spurs are 1-6 in their last seven games, so they desperately need a win. Also, when Duncan rests it is usually on the second game of a back-to-back, which is not the case today.
When Duncan plays this season, it is difficult to argue with the results. He is averaging 16.1 points, 10.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.0 steals, and 2.2 blocks per game this season. His ability to contribute across-the-board make him a prime target in daily leagues because he has such a high floor. I love playing him in tournaments because everyone else is so afraid to play him in case he rests. As long as he plays, Duncan will be a steal at this price.
Jonas Valanciunas (TOR, C) - $4,700
It would be tough to argue playing Dwight Howard, but I like Valanciunas in this one. He is getting consistent minutes around 30 per game, and is starting to heat up. He has gone for at least 20 points and 9 rebounds in each of his last two games. Denver has no answer for defending opposing bigs, so I would expect this trend to continue.
The problem with Valanciunas is that he does virtually nothing outside of scoring and rebounding. However, he is capable of putting up enough numbers in those two categories that everything else is just gravy. At his current price, he could hit value with a low double-double, which I think is his floor. JV is low risk, high reward play on Sunday.
Top Sleeper
Alex Len (PHO, C) - $2,300
Len has been on a tear of late. He went off for 10 points, 11 rebounds, and five blocks in his last game versus the Sacramento Kings. On Sunday, Len squares off with the lowly Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers have struggled to defend opposing bigs all season, so Len should be able to pick them apart.
His price tag has not yet caught up to his play. Len was recently inserted into the starting lineup over Miles Plumlee, and has taken off ever since. He has been able to put up great numbers despite his modest minute totals. Len should threaten a double-double, with a few blocks mixed in against the Lakers. If that happens, he will easily crush his value, so do not sleep on him.
