NBA DFS Lineup Picks & Sleepers – FantasyScore Advice for 11/30

Brad Baird highlights some NBA DFS lineup picks and sleepers to keep in mind when building your fantasy basketball roster on FantasyScore for 11/30.

Editor’s Note: RotoBaller is proud to be partnering with FantasyScore, our new and exclusive DFS partner. As a subsidiary of the USA TODAY Sports Media Group, FantasyScore has come to the daily league fantasy sports table with possibly the most exciting promotional offer in the DFS industry (along with a top notch product that is powered by one of the biggest media sites in the world).

fantasyscore-advertorialFor RotoBaller readers, FantasyScore is offering an instant 50% deposit bonus up to $250. No other DFS site offers an instant match bonus like this!

Other sites claim to provide users with matching dollars on their initial deposits. What they forget to mention is this is not an instant match, and you have to earn those “matched dollars” slowly over time, penny by penny. This can be misleading, and discouraging to new depositors.

Featured Promo: New Novig users get a $25 purchase match (50% discount up to $25) on your first Novig deposit, and 6 free months of RotoBaller's "Big-4" Premium Pass (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL) which includes exclusive tools for Betting, Props, DFS and more! CLAIM IT NOW

FantasyScore does not do this. They really, truly match your deposit, instantly. When you make your first deposit, you immediately get half of that amount, and you can immediately use it to play. No waiting, no earning it slowly, no gimmicks – just a really good offer, that no other DFS service is matching.

NBA DFS Picks

All throughout the 2014-15 campaign, RotoBaller will be giving you the top NBA DFS lineup picks at the guard, forward and center positions as well as a couple of sleepers for the day. Below are our favorite picks for November 30th, 2014.

Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off. If you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

Worth the Investment

Kyle Lowry (TOR, G) - $7,200

Lowry is always a good target in daily leagues, as he rarely has a bad game. Sunday is no different, with a dream matchup against the Lakers on the horizon. The Lakers allow the most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season.

Another thing working in Lowry’s favor is the absence of DeMar DeRozan. DeRozan suffered a groin tear and is going to be out for a while. Lowry will have to shoulder the load offensively for the Raptors until DeRozan gets back, and could be in line to put up some huge numbers, which should start on Sunday.

Nicolas Batum (POR, F) - $6,300

Batum missed four games earlier this month due to a knee injury. He received a platelet-rich plasma injection, and made his return to the court. It appears that he is still rounding back into form, as he has struggled with his shot a bit since his return.

Batum's knee must not be bothering him too much, as he has logged his usual heavy workload in four of his five games since returning. Even when his shot is not falling, Batum fills the stat sheet everywhere else so he should easily hit value at this price. He also has an excellent matchup against the Timberwolves, who have struggled to contain opposing small forwards this season.

Marc Gasol (MEM, C) - $7,400

By File:Kyrie Irving against Grizzlies 3.jpg: Erik Drost derivative work: Chrishmt0423 [CC-BY-SA-3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0)], via Wikimedia CommonsGasol is scorching hot right now, averaging 25.8 points, 10.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.6 blocks over his last five games. He is always a great play because he can fill the stat sheet from the center position. If he continues his outstanding play on Sunday, he will crush value at this price.

The matchup with the Kings is decent but not great on paper. However, it could get a whole lot better if DeMarcus Cousins sits out another game. He is currently listed as questionable due to an illness. Even if Cousins plays, Gasol is too hot to ignore, especially at this price.

Best Value Plays (Sleepers)

Thaddeus Young (MIN, F) - $4,900

Young missed five games earlier this month due to the death of his mother. He is back now, and scored 22 points in 36 minutes against the Lakers in his last game. The Timberwolves will be forced to lean heavily on Young offensively for a while, as they are currently missing Ricky Rubio, Kevin Martin, and Nikola Pekovic.

The Blazers defend power forwards pretty well, so the matchup is not ideal. However, Young is too good of a player to pass up at this price, regardless of the opponent. He should easily reach value on Sunday.

Mo Williams (MIN, G) - $2,900

Williams is the other main scoring threat for the Timberwolves, filling in for Ricky Rubio. He has been fantastic since taking over as the starting point guard, averaging 15.6 points, 9.6 assists, and 2.2 threes over his last five games. His matchup versus the Blazers is a favorable one, as they struggle to defend point guards.

Any time you can get a starter for a bottom barrel price, you have got to play him. He is going to destroy value at this price, and you can afford to play some studs as well. Williams is a no-brainer pick.
