NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 11/4/16

Can Anthony Davis bounce back from his letdown performance on Wednesday? He'll certainly have a good opportunity to do so against the Phoenix Suns. Look out for T.J. Warren, Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight against the poor defense of New Orleans. The Chicago Bulls also have a ton of daily fantasy options, especially hosting the New York Knicks. Knicks fans can only hope Kristaps Porzingis gets back on track after an ugly showing against the Houston Rockets.

In this column, you will find my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/04/16. These NBA DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays on FanDuel. Good luck tonight. May November forever be in your favor.

FanDuel DFS Guards

D'Angelo Russell - PG, vs GS ($6,100)

The youthful, resurgent Los Angeles Lakers have been a fun team to watch in the early going of the 2016-2017 campaign, and have surprised people with wins against the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks. At the center of their early season improvements, D'Angelo Russell.

While the Lakers have an abundance of young talent, Jordan Clarkson, Julius Randle, Russell may be the most talented and may have the most overall appeal in daily fantasy. He's a stat-spreader and is capable of dropping 20+ points any night when given the minutes. In his worst performance of the season, earlier in the week against the Indiana Pacers, Russell saw the floor for only 11 minutes (something that shouldn't occur regularly). In every other game, he has seen around 30. The same should be the case as the Lakers will likely be in catchup mode against the Golden State Warriors.

DeMar DeRozan - SG, vs MIA ($8,500)

It's tough to fade someone who has been this on fire, especially when his price is still below $9,000. DeRozan has not posted less than 40 fantasy points for FanDuel and has not scored less than 30 in all four of Toronto's games this season. Not known for his production in other areas across your typical stat line, DeRozan has grabbed five or more rebounds in three of four, while tallying at least one steal in each.

DeRozan heads into an intriguing matchup with another Eastern Conference team that will likely be vying for a playoff spot towards the end of the season. This game should be fast-paced and high-scoring. DeRozan should be owned in all formats.

Also Consider: Dion Waiters - SG, @ TOR ($4,700)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Jimmy Butler - SF, vs NYK ($7,700)

With the way it has been going for the New York Knicks so far this season, it's certainly wise to target them. The Knickerbockers have fallen victim to the explosiveness of James Harden and Tobias Harris in back-to-back games earlier in the week, both of which are their respective team's top scorers. There's no doubt that Jimmy Butler owns that title for the Chicago Bulls.

Butler has been consistent in all four Chicago games this season, benefiting from the offseason additions of Rajon Rondo and Derek Rose. He's posted 30+ fantasy points in three of four, and should find plenty of openings against the Knicks to continue earning his nickname of Buckets. New York is allowing 110.3 points per contest, seventh most in the league.

JaMychel Green - PF, vs LAC ($4,700)

JaMychel Green is coming off his best showing of the young season, beating up the New Orleans Pelicans for 21 points and six rebounds. It seems that the Memphis Grizzlies will be another difficult team to figure out for daily fantasy, as they were for most of last year's injury-ridden campaign. So it would be wise to stick with the hot hand, especially since head coach, David Fizdale likes issuing random days off to guys like Marc Gasol and Mike Conley. Even with both of them in the lineup, Green was able to find room on the court.

Also Consider: Anthony Davis - PF, vs PHO ($11,200)

FanDuel DFS Centers

Brook Lopez - C, vs CHA, ($7,300)

Brook Lopez also heads into his Friday night matchup after his best performance of the season. Lopez was not reaching his full daily fantasy potential over the past couple of games, falling victim to a blowout at the hands of the Chicago Bulls where he only logged 22 minutes. Brooklyn's center was also given a day of rest last week.

In his most recent showing, Lopez played 29 minutes, the most for him so far, and posted his first double-double (34 points, 11 rebounds) of the new campaign. Expect his minutes played to continue increasing. The Nets also head into a solid matchup against a good Charlotte team that will likely take the court without center Roy Hibbert.

Also Consider: Tyson Chandler - C, @NO ($4,500)
