The field is finally set, as NASCAR fans now prepare for the season-opening Daytona 500 on Sunday afternoon from Daytona International Speedway.
Setting the starting lineup for the Daytona 500 is different than a "normal" race week, as qualifying on Wednesday evening confirmed the first- and second-place starters, and then the results of the two Duel races on Thursday night determined the rest of the starting lineup.
Kyle Busch won the pole on Wednesday night while Chase Briscoe secured his second-place starting spot on speed. Then, Joey Logano and Chase Elliott won their respective Duels on Thursday and will now start from third- and fourth-place for "The Great American Race" on Sunday.
