Mid-Week Waiver Wire Rankings - Fantasy Baseball Pickups: Dylan Crews, Michael Kopech, Bowden Francis, Jose Tena, Rhett Lowder, TJ Friedl

Dylan Crews - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 23 (2024). Free-agent hitters and pitchers to add include Dylan Crews, Michael Kopech, Bowden Francis, Jose Tena, Rhett Lowder, DJ Herz.

Welcome back, RotoBallers. As we approach September, it's the final stretch run for fantasy baseball managers to maintain categories, and most H2H leagues are starting their playoffs soon. It's time to start adding players off the waiver wire that could help you secure that championship. Today, we are back with more waiver wire advice and review our mid-week waiver rankings for Week 23 -- August 26 through September 1 -- to help you stay on top of the waiver wire, especially in leagues that allow daily moves.

Top prospects such as Cincinnati Reds right-hander Rhett Lowder and Washington Nationals outfielder Dylan Crews were recently promoted to the majors. Crews is hitting .364 (4-for-11) with a homer and two RBI over his first three big league games. At the same time, Jasson DominguezDalton Rushing, Jacob Wilson, Matt Shaw, and Noah Cameron patiently wait for the call to the show. Some notable recent performances include Dodgers reliever Michael Kopech, who has racked up three saves over his previous six appearances. Kopech owns a 1.50 ERA, 0.67 WHIP, and an 8:2 K: BB over his last six innings.

This edition features Dylan Crews, Rhett Lowder, Michael Kopech, DJ Herz, Bowden Francis, Jose Tena, TJ Friedl, and Spencer Arrighetti. We're here, as always, to help you stay on top of the latest waiver-wire options, especially in leagues that allow for daily moves. Prospects who are making impacts continue to be called up, so you'll need to be informed. Stay on top of our weekly waiver wire rankings and turn on MLB news alerts to stay ahead of the curve. Once you're done here, check out our fantasy baseball prospects articles for the latest names to stash and pick up.

Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups List

For anyone unfamiliar, we release all sorts of fantasy baseball waiver wire articles every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As part of that, Nick Mariano releases our waiver wire rankings list on Sundays to help you prioritize which players to target as free-agent adds off waivers.

In addition, we are also putting out a second waiver wire rankings list mid-week. Since many fantasy baseball leagues have daily waiver-wire moves or multiple waiver-wire runs per week for adding players, this mid-week rankings list should help you keep track of players emerging in the middle of the week before we reach Sunday.

This article will guide you through our weekly ranking of the relevant waiver-wire pickup options, including how to prioritize them for your league (depending on the league size). The roster percentage is from Yahoo! leagues.
